Well, Suresh brings a rare blend of over two decades of practical consulting experience, an uncanny ability to educate executives on innovative technology and new approaches in the workplace as well as an ability to support clients as trusted advisor.
Today, his primary focus is helping clients understand how social technologies can be applied to transform business processes, create citizen facing systems and directly impact creativity, innovation and productivity in the workplace. Suresh works with clients to generate long term roadmaps commencing with an assessment of the work environment and the factors enabling "better, faster cheaper" expertise.
Currently, Suresh manages, leads and directly contributes to social technology and workplace consulting engagements working through the entire life cycle from initial client engagement, proposal development through to hands on completion of delivery including education.
Suresh has been a key instigator leading the embracement of digital technologies in business curriculum development and executive education at the University of Technology in Sydney (UTS) since 1995. His scenario planning course for the executive MBA has been highly sought amongst postgraduate students both locally and in Asia. As Consulting Director with Reuters/TIBCO Finance, he managed and delivered workshops and educational sessions encouraging key customers to improve creativity through innovative online services underpinned by Silicon Valley advanced technologies across Asia including Australia, China, India, Singapore and Thailand. Most importantly, Suresh understands the importance of education and storytelling techniques when helping clients develop a vision of future work environments and new opportunities using advanced technologies,transformed business processes and employees increasingly expected to use high order cognitive skills.
Suresh has written numerous thought leadership articles and presents at a variety of local and global conferences to help shape markets and opportunities. Initially graduating in Physics from London University, he holds a MBA from UTS. He is a past visiting fellow, Faculty of Business, UTS, part time lecturer and Co-director/founder of the Complex Systems Research Centre (CSRC) exploiting social network analysis techniques for organizational team effectiveness. His current research interest converges social software and organisational learning culminating in conducting vision workshops focusing on the future of the workplace. Suresh is certified as a Technical Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) practitioner.
