Chris is the Managing Director of Knowledge-n-Abler and has more than 20 years experience in defence, education & training, executive coaching, information technology, and mining industries. Specialising in m knowledge management, organisational learning, and workforce transformation strategy and execution, Chris has developed plans and programs that facilitate individual, group, and organisational learning.
Chris is a passionate “client-centric” practitioner who has spent much of his career providing clients with tools, skills, knowledge, and attitudes to assist in their own personal self-transformation and professional competency, which impacts directly on their business capability. Chris’ interests in learning, innovation, and technology has led to his engagement as a preferred supplier of services to support the development of simulation, augmented reality, mobile, social technology network learning support, and training management applications in Boeing Defence Australia Limited’s helicopter aircrew and fixed-wing pilot training programs. As part of this relationship, Chris has facilitated workshops and given advice in the development of expertise through adaptive learning environments (ALE).
In 2009, Chris' was invited to represent Knowledge-n-Abler, which was selected by the Office of Australian Industry Capability (a joint venture between the Australian Defence Materiel Organisation & Boeing (US)), to discuss opportunities for further business collaboration with Boeing (US) supply chain members as part of the government's defence capabilities development initiative.
In addition to this expertise, Chris has gained significant practical and research experience in related facets of business including IT strategy, business process improvement, quality management, innovation strategy development, sustainability, change management, business case development, project management, and performance measurement and analysis.
With a wide variety of tools, skills, practical experience, and theoretical knowledge, Chris provides clients with both pragmatic advice and the ability to work with clients to “think outside of the square” to develop new understandings of their business context and strategy requirements.
